Beautiful old-style decor made for a charming atmosphere, especially during the Christmas season. The breakfast offered a great variety, catering to dietary preferences, and each meal came with impressive choices, like the amazing apple fritters. Despite being a bit outside the busiest areas, it was only a short walk to the main attractions, which was a plus. The only downside was the room's quietness that could be a negative for those who prefer livelier environments.

Church bells ringing early in the morning were quite disruptive to sleep!!! A hefty €25 parking fee felt excessive in comparison to alternative options nearby. Outdated room furnishings made the stay feel less special than expected!!!

Our stay at this historic hotel was delightful, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff along with an amazing breakfast that fueled our city explorations nearby, including the Imperial Crypt just a 15-minute walk away and lovely cafes like Cafe Tachles just around the corner for a quick coffee break. as a solo traveler, I really appreciated the clean, comfortable single room that made returning after a long day out feel like a cozy retreat.

The breakfast was a hit, with fresh pastries, meats, and cheeses. My room was a cozy space with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with good water pressure. The staff remembered my birthday and even left a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate for me. Location was perfect—close to attractions and transport.

We explored the Jewish Museum and enjoyed a great time at Kunsthistorisches Museum. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of tasty options. The team was super helpful, and it felt like a cozy home base for sightseeing. A tip for future guests, storage...

The outdoor terrace for breakfast was lovely and provided a relaxing start to our day. The room size exceeded our expectations and offered us ample space for our group.

We did experience some street noise during our stay that could be disruptive.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief sojourn in Vienna with fantastic value. The staff really went above and beyond by helping us find accommodation when our travel plans fell through unexpectedly. Book ahead for dinner. the dining can get busy with private events.

The hotel had a charming interior, reminiscent of Old Vienna, making us feel like we were in a luxurious palace. Breakfast was a bright spot with plenty of choices.

However, the front desk staff's attitude was rather off-putting. They seemed indifferent to our needs, which overshadowed our overall experience at the hotel.

The room was quite spacious and warm, which was nice since it was freezing outside. I appreciated the strong heating system. However, it faced a busy main road, and while the double glazing helped with noise, it wasn’t the most peaceful view. The decor had a charming historic vibe, but some fixtures felt outdated. It could use a refresh in places, especially the towels which seemed past their prime. Overall, it had a cozy feel, just with a few things that could be better.
